BUT in my experience good movement is often compromised by postural difficulties - sooner or later. And it's also pretty hard for me to believe that pain is not associated with this equation …. especially considering all the pain meds folks take, routinely. Stats are confusing but here is a good way to make it more common sense. Imagine looking at a hundred people and dividing them into two groups - those with good posture and those with bad.
